Night House Supervisor

Provides direct clinical and administrative shift supervision to all E&T program services. Works as house supervisor over all programs under the direction of the program director. Works with all E&T management to provide information about program functions and assist with staff compliance with all agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling or related field with a minimum of 5 years direct experience working with the seriously mentally ill.
  • Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional per WAC 388-865-0150.
  • Possesses excellent leadership, team building, decision making and planning skills.
  • Extensive experience as a DMHP and knowledge of DMHP laws and protocols strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.
  • Demonstrated strong diagnostic, clinical, assessment and intervention skills.
  • Ability to relate in a positive and calming way to persons in crisis, their families and allied professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, triaging and meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively work as a DMHP or MHP in any position within the E&T program.
