CAST Lead Clinician
Provide case management services in a clinical team setting to authorized clients diagnosed with chronic and persistent mental illness, emotional disorders and or co-occurring disorders in-vivo and in office settings.
Provide coordination of client services with a clinical case management team.
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Mental Health, Social Services or related field and three years experience with priority population for chronic mental illness.
- A current Mental Health Professional designation in the Thurston & Mason Regional Support Network.
- Must be well organized and able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
- Must be able to effectively intervene in and manage crisis.
- Demonstrates ability to be flexible and communicate innovative approaches to client barriers.
- Maintains positive working relationships with other team members and professionals in the community.
- Ability to build strong therapeutic relationship and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
- Requires a valid WA State driver’s license and use of own vehicle with BHR approved insurance.
- Current WA Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration or ability to obtain it.
Salary: $16.13 - $18.72 per hour, DOE, plus benefits
