E & T Unit Program Manager

Works as part of the Acute Psychiatric Services program leadership team to provide direct oversight of all services provided in the Evaluation and Treatment unit. Monitors and recommends program revisions as necessary to improve the continuity of care and quality of services provided to individuals, and the community and ensures efficient and cost effective program operations in full compliance with all applicable BHR, RSN, funding/payer, state and federal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in social, behavioral health disciplines or current license as an RN in Washington.
• Minimum of 5 years experience providing services to people with mental illness.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in inpatient psychiatric units.
• Registered Counselor in WA State, Licensed preferred.
• Possesses excellent leadership and communication, team building, decision making and organization skills
• Program development experience in a Managed Care setting is preferred.
